It doesn't get easier than this! Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button on the individual Mr. Birdhouse products that you want. You can continue shopping and adding to your cart. When you are finished shopping proceed to checkout, enter all your shipping and billing information in our SECURE ON-LINE TRANSACTION processing procedure, and let us do the rest!

2. US Mail - Certified Check Or Postal Money Order
We do accept certified checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders. To pay by check, we recommend using the Order Form. Simply list your items on the form along with your check or money order and send it to the address listed on the top of the order form. Personal checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing code located on the bottom of the check. You can also fax the order to us with your credit card number.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Purple Martin birdhouses are normally shipped out as soon as possible after we receive payment. Please allow 10-15 days for delivery after ordering. We normally ship via UPS ground. Orders outside the contiguous United States please call for shipping charges. Any changes in shipping addresses once your order has been shipped will result in additional shipping charges that the customer will be responsible for.

Outside the U.S.
We require orders outside the United States to be prepaid with a money order, cashiers check, or credit card in U.S. funds, please call, email or fax us for a quote on your shipping and handling charges. Mr. Birdhouse reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost for your order. It's best to email order requested and we will give you a quote. All sales are final.


RETURNS/REFUNDS
All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 218-326-9507 / 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, central time zone for an authorization.

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason items may be returned for refund or exchange within ten (10) days of receipt, and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping must be prepaid. There are no shipping refunds. Exchanges will be billed appropriate freight. Refunds are issued the same way the original order was paid for. All return items MUST be complete, undamaged, unaltered and in resaleable condition. A copy of the original invoice and a letter stating why the product is being returned is required.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns. The above return policys are at the discretion and determination by Mr. Birdhouse. Any item that has been altered, painted, or deemed non-resalable will not be accepted.

Damage
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect packages immediately in the presence of the carrier. If any shipment is damaged, the carrier should write the details on your delivery sheet. Contact the carrier to send a representative to inspect the damaged package. Mr. Birdhouse cannot be held liable for a claim on damaged merchandise unless the above procedure is followed.

Shortages
Check your order as soon as you receive it. Notify us of any shortage within three days of delivery. Mr. Birdhouse will not be responsible for shortages after this three day period.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refused Shipments & Un-Paid Balances
All shipping charges and storage charges will be the responsibility of the customer. There is a 20% handling fee for all refused shipments.

Disclaimer
In the event we incur additional shipping charges due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be billed for such charges. Mr. Birdhouse shall not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures, labor costs, transportation, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever. Mr. Birdhouse shall not be liable for personal loss, injury or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of the use of, or the inabilities of any product. Mr. Birdhouse and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective. Mr. Birdhouse shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused by the use or misuse of products.
